Feedback from Food Analysis with DART (Prague) & LSM lab (Uppsala) watch video

• In Prague DART, DESI and ASAP was used for analysis of contaminant in food.
  In generall all 3 techniques works but they differs a lot in simplicity and how they could be automized. DART was used in combination with simple extractions and high resolution MS (Orbitrap) for identification of unknown.
  
• In Uppsala we have been investigation different food oils according to the same concept as i Prague, however we did not have the same resolution but were using Massworks in combination with TOF (R=6000) for the help of identifing unknown
